incorrect bank details

My direct debit details are incorrect so cannot change them as its a new order; theres no online chat and cannot hold the line an hour when working.
Is there an email address to raise issue?

Unfortunately not.
Plusnet seem currently to be slow to respond on the phones, the forum, and social media.

Once your order is complete, you'll be able to change your Direct Debit details. It is because your account is in flight right now, your first bill is covered by the upfront payment you've made so you'll be fine. I hope this answers your query

No it will not as the bank details are incorrect, I have paid nothing nor can I with incorrect sort/account number.!
