im confused

i have been told that a engineer was coming out yesterday, which never turned up due to there was fibre already installed in the property, then get told a engineer was coming out this morning on the 5th may,  well why if they already told me, they dont need to im surprised why i got wait till 5th may for it to be done when i ordered fibre originally,  i am wondering whether coming to plusnet was a good idea at all cause i have been given that many dates and information im confused with it

It does appear that there has been a delay for which we apologise.
Initially, the order was due on the 28th April. We chased this on the 27th though and were told that the "order is committed 05.05.2015" which I believe has been communicated with you.
The phone is already live.
