i was told if plusnet put prices up i was allowed to leave for free without braking contract, so my question is why have you charged me for leaving?

It's not too clear from your two posts what you are meaning. Is it:
- You've been charged for leaving Plusnet within contract
- You are still being billed after you have left
If it is number 1, did you phone Plusnet and inform them you were leaving because of the price rise? From a vague memory of discussions at the time the £30 cease fee was still applicable in some circumstances. I may have mis-remembered that though.
If it is number 2, then that would be one for Plusnet staff to comment on.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

just a update, plusnet are still charging me a termination fee even though i let plusnet know i was leaving because of price increase.they have no record that i phoned them but still charged me for services with them even though i was with sky. i will be making a complaint and seeking legal advice.

As you have moved to an LLU ISP, the £30ish cancellation fee is in line with PN's T&C's. Not sure what the issue is?

We haven't charged £112 on your account
The outstanding balance isn't early termination charges, it's made up of subscription fees and call charges from prior to your service migrating away.
