Hi, only today i have i started recieving these messages when i try to open webpages http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed, i have spoken to someone at customer services but not resolved the issues, my account is upto date and never missed a payment, they also said they cannot see any restrictions on my account, hopefully can get this issue resolved soon.

i still dont seem to be getting anywhere with this issue, i only have 7 months left on my contract and really cannot see me renewing it. had no internet since saturday so it just feels like i'm paying for a service that i cannot use.

I'm sorry to read you are having trouble with the connection of your service and you are seeing these screens when loading webpages. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the frustration caused.
There's nothing on the account to suggest this issue relating to the billing on your account, have you cleared your cache and cookies on the browser you are using? Does the screen appear on any other devices/browsers?

Hi @icewarrior,
Glad to hear the billing page is now not showing. With regards your speed can you provide us some speedtests (you can embed the images in your response if you'd like - just make sure no personal details are present). Ideally one of those speed tests should be from a wired connection with a device plugged directly into the router using an ethernet cable.
