http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed

There are many pages that I cannot access these days. It always jumps to http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed I contacted my landlord who called the company but it seemed everything is OK. It's been like this for a long time and it’s really inconvenient for me since I cannot even access the email system of my university. I found others also had this issue in the community and then the problem was perfectly solved by @Gandalf. I hope some one could help me fix this problem. Thank you so much.

Sorry to hear this and thanks for getting in touch.

I've identified the problem and in order to fix this you'll need to login to your router settings at http://192.168.1.254 then follow the below steps to connect to the internet using your account details:

1. Click on 'Advanced Settings'

2. Enter the admin password, which is on the back of the router

3. Click on 'OK'

4. Click on 'Continue to Advanced Settings'

5. Click on 'Broadband'

6. Click on 'Disconnect' if necessary

7. Enter your broadband username, which is in the format of yourusername@plusdsl.net

8. Enter your broadband password, which is your account password

9. Click on 'Connect'
