For the previous 2 days I'm getting this message on some - but not all web searches. Simple tasks such as loading Google or Wikipedia are not working...

Please can I get some insight as to why?!

on that page you get redirected to , you should see "acknowlegde and continue browsing" click that and you will be ok.

it does that when payment has failed, there are issues with the billing i think. also the plusnet system in general is Tosh. takes the web guys ages to write back with any help too
