On some, not all pages, I either cannot load page, or http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed comes up. I seen some other have had this problem and have contacted a PN agent through here and got help.

I too have developed this problem again on my end yesterday. I do recall that @Gandalf had helped with with it in the past as well.
