The page wont load so i cant get to the acknowledge that i have 14 days to pay and some restrictions have been put on my line

Can someone remove these restrictions please so i dont have to spend an hour trying to contact you by phone

Please remove my restrictions AGAIN. Had to pay my bill via phone 3 hrs ago and restrictions still not been removed. This is the 11th consecutive month i've had to go thru this BS

I have taken a look at both your accounts and am unable to see any remaining restrictions, can you confirm that you are able to access your services?

Hello Warwick:
After rebooting my router twice I eventually got full access to my Plusnet account. So at the moment all’s well. Thank you. Usually when I pay via phone, restrictions are removed within 5 minutes without rebooting my router but on this occasion it took a few hours. Ok now until next bill day!
