i havent paid my bill yet which was due yesterday but every time i try to acknowledge that it has not been paid it comes up with service unavailable. i have been trying all day to acknowledge it but keep getting no where

There are a number of different conditions here, depending upon which apply this might not be the bug @rongtw refers to ...which the SUs championing has recently delivered a fix.
There is a scenario wherein if a bill is not paid within the 14 day 'grace' window the account does become 'locked out' and payment has to be made over the phone. This is not a bug, but a business process decision - one can debate the merits of this - but in this case the system is working as designed, so not a bug.
Does this apply here? It might be more proficient if you are able to call early morning to pay over the phone.

There are a number of possibilities - it all depends on how we read an unqualified "due" date.
I haven't paid my bill yet which was due yesterday
Commercially the "Due date" is the billing monthly anniversary date. Some take the view that "Due date" is the very last date that a payment can be made before things start to turn sour - that is 14 days after the actual due date.
If the use of "due" here means the billing date, then there's a bug to be examined / revisited. If it meant last day to pay the bill then the system is working to spec.

There are a number of gremlins (as well as design) around this space. If you do not mind me asking - do you have an outstanding account?
There is a known issue where an IP address previously associated with another's over due account can impact someone who has no outstanding bill, if they acquire that IP address ... as per one of my boiler plate responses...
The account has no invoice in failed billing.
This error condition is being seen where either payment on the account is over due or (where a dynamic IP address is in use) a previous user of your current IP address (in the last 7 days) has an account payment which is over due.
If you have an over due payment then to resolve this issue you need to attend to the over due bill. If you do not have an over due payment, you need to force your connection to acquire a new IP address.
Use https://www.whatismyip.com/ to find your current external IP address and record it. Switch off your router for at least 65 minutes (to kill off your dynamic IP address lease) and reconnect. Use https://www.whatismyip.com/ again to verify that the address has changed. You should then be able to connect OK
HOWEVER, the key phrase in that scenario is "The account has no invoice in failed billing" - which is already on the SU discussion list. Earlier today, I asked for some clarification around this area, so at least we can better profile the issue(s), as I suspect that there are a number of similar, but importantly different situations.

@Townman i only have 1 account , if i am correct the 28th is my last day to pay .
