C'mon guys what service provider blocks there own plusnet homepage everytime I'm late one of the pages which as been blocked is plusnet homepage I only know because everytime I have this problem I after use a vpn to talk here what a joke freeze my account I'm paying nothing until this problem is fixed I lose so will plusnet simple

Having a look into your account, there are no restrictions applied to your services. You should be able to use your service as normal.

 

I kindly ask you to see if you are experiencing this issue on multiple devices and can you please try to use an alternative web browser.

 

If the issue is on-going can you please attach a couple of screenshot of the error messages you are receiving via the open ticket on your account.

 

Once you have done this, notify us on this support channel so we can further investigate this issue. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Tested on s8+ plusnet. My account homepage will not load unless vpn activated iPhone se wont connect to anything related to apple store servers activation . iPhone 7 same as iPhone se iPhone 5s same as all iPhones iPad pro same as the rest will not connect to anything apple related but if I enable vpn they do ! Tested on alienware laptop and upstairs PC .Sony playstation 4 3 consoles in house and none of them connect to the gta servers so I spoke to online rockstar server team member they told me it was my internet provider I already knew this just wanted there confirmation I'm quite knowledgable when it comes to computers PCs settings and browsing I know what in talking about and I know maybe you dont know but I do know someone in plusnet knows exactly what the problem is because it was fixed in past so quick whatever your planning do next should of been done beginning of day because this problem is a continuous problem of your service for me so what's next ? Your gonna send it to the special department what deals with it then what i wait more days?????? so stupid whenever I'm late making payment you give me 50% of internet when everything is normal I get 100% of my internet what I should get as I'm paying for it just so u know Monday if this isn't sorted I'm terminating plusnet once and for all not going through all this year aswell again no way i want a stable internet for my children especially not to be locked down with your service ( so basically if your late paying plusnet no matter what the situation is they will give you a partial internet and restrict you swiftly most customers dknt even notice this but I do let's see what your next step is plusnet ?

Attached a couple of images sorry no ain't got time be doing this stuff let's just say this is what you need to be looking into (plusnet app failed payment page ) that's what's blocking everything your ISP page ( so basically if your late paying plusnet no matter what the situation is they will give you a partial internet and restrict you swiftly most customers dont even notice this but I do

Also of you really want screenshots why dont you take a look at my chat history or problems I've had with same issue you would know exactly what's going on I suggest you go do that first Also vpn connections fixes everything but comes with slow internet and it's not a option I'm paying for I know losing one customer isn't important to you but sorry I cant keep going through this
