hello can you fix this problem for me please im having the same problem your service is restricting my internet and only can acess sites via vpn this is the second time now the frist time took 7 weeks to take the restriction off  i cant keep going through this with your service i hope someone get fix this thanks

I’m getting quite annoyed with these service providers (plus net ) yet again I’m here again 3 months later with a late payment error on my web browsing can not access Apple store ext  all iPads iPhones blocked from browsing there own store  .....  all again stop blocking ppls internet when there late with a payment if you continue to do so your gonna lose customers now I’ve been late paying my bill and have paid a hour ago and yet my internet is still blocked my patients is running out with plusnet sick of sorry ext some ppl can’t manage pay on due date why restrict them with a partial web browse So please can you fix my internet my account is up to date now david31k

i really don’t wanna leave plusnet but if this continuous I’m going to do I’ve said this before but only so much one can take so AGAIN PLEASE PUT MY INTERNET BACK TO NORMAL BEFORE MY LATE PAYMENT ARISED THANKS

This is not good enough 24 hours after payment made you stil have my internet partially blocked my account is cleared why is my internet still blocked please fix this no one even looking into this I won’t be paying for my service until this is fixed you have blocked apple website there stores ext my kids can’t even get on the AppStore it’s not on this I want these days reimbursing not paying for a internet what’s useless to this household when you have put restrictions on the browse freely web joke

I'm sorry for the issues you are experiencing. 

 

As far as I can see, there are no longer any restrictions on your account at all - however i refreshed all active components to ensure there is nothing preventing a connection, can you please confirm if you are still noticing issues?

The restrictions are still on my account what good is plusnet if they block apple store on my children's phone when there late paying these are the sites I'm unable access again . Apple store . Plusnet log in home page . App store on the iPhones cant activate the iPhone because the server is being blocked bye my ISP I can see loads off ppl have had this problem with plusnet from now back to 2016 question is why are u doing this ? I'm not paying for a service what's no good to me and my family feel like I'm being robbed if I'm honest its every month this is happening when I'm late with a payment then you restrict me and then deny your blocking ports which you are it's ok for you your internet proberly fine why we sit here and wait for your team switch the switch they switched off for the late payment thay switch needs switching back on I've paid now fix my internet or your gonna lose a customer said this so many times feels like your playing gos with the internet in my house not happy and even if its fixed I dont think I'm gonna be happy because I know whis is gonna occur again

I am sorry to hear you are still having difficulties using your services.

 

Can you please perform a master reset on your router.

 

Use a paper clip, pen, or something pointed to press in the reset pinhole button on the back of the router.

 

Keep the button pressed for 20 seconds. When the light on the front of your Hub turns green, release the reset button.

 

When the light on the front of the Hub turns blue, it's now restored to factory settings.

 

Keep in mind that if you do this, it'll completely restore your router to the settings it had when it arrived. So if you've made specific changes to your settings, they'll need to be made again.

I've done hard reset restore left modem off for 1 hour .05 minutes stil the same . Why do you even do this to customers really ? You know exactly what you've done and all these steps I do every month ext look at the history you've hit me with this restriction so many times now 2 times I've signed up with bt to leave plusnet into the progress of the order members from plusnet contacted me and said it was fixed in past o checked it was so I cancelled my order with bt on 2 separate occasions if I after do this again I will be sticking with bt this isn't right what you keep doing to me and the customers of plusnet need to know which they will see all these forums talking about plusnet failed app payment splash screen when they experience the same problems themselves look at my history look at every step you tell me to do which I've done numerous times its not the router it's on your side how many times do I need say this your switching something off then switching it back on reason for long message replays I'm just so annoyed and feel like your robbing th customer me I'm paying for a freely web service not one with restriction plusnet keep putting in place since December due to late payment even if you manage fix this the problem will occur again there was one time I paid and 4 weeks after payment made I was restricted from the full internet im paying for look at my history its nothing to do with this router get someone who has dealt with me in past I know they know what the problem is your all just trying to play dumb

Why do you put me through this and then you all act dumb just get some one look into this who has dealt with me in past or I'm leaving this service come Monday morn enough is enough playing gos with your internet service via customers (me ) what service provider blocks apple's websites and stops children downloading games on their iPhones soon as they connect vpn
Problem gone you ISP is blocking ports that what it comes back to you again I'm not paying for a vpn service I'm paying plusnet internet service to be honest I give up asking you lot to fix it like you haven't got a clue what yous gave done I give up the internet is stil down end of
