http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed - Beyond ridiculous

I've seen a few posts on here with the same issue and it appears some of the plusnet staff on here have fixed it. Its been a non stop issue since i've had the service. Almost all websites work fine , but there is a handful of important websites i can't get on due to this bug / error on your end.

The person on the phone basically said you will have to put up with it till we figure out what it means? I mean what the hell does that even mean? If people have reported it and its internal error on your billing systems just fix it? Like a chocolate tea pot the phone support.

 

Can someone advise me on what to do

well they been waiting for more than 12 months to find out what it means , don't hold your breath Angry

I'm really sorry to hear this issue is still going on and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I have sent an email to our back office team to make some changes to the account and see if this makes any difference. It'll usually be noticeable within 4 hours.

I want to await conformation on your end first , but it appears to have been fixed i can now get on those (Locked websites) , i've also noticed my speed has gotten insanely faster , websites loading in a flash! Have i been paying for a service that has been restricted to some extent for the last 7 months? Because it feels that way :S

I have just received confirmation from our back office team those settings have been changed and from what you've said it looks to be working!
