how to remove a credit card

i am paying through my credit card but i have now switched provideers and i want my credit card removed from plusnet how do i do this please

Hi there @penny470 Sorry to hear you're you've left us. We've not received any notification regarding your service leaving us. I've just tried to call you to discuss this but couldn't get through.

I'd advise to call us on 0800 013 2632 selecting option 1 then option 2 to discuss this further.
