how to pay overdue bill from abroad

I have a very small final bill to pay. how can I pay this bill now my direct debit has closed.  I cant use the 0800 number from here without spending more than the bill is worth. Why don't Plusnet have bank details available to pay on line. I. sent them an email but have not had a reply

Hi Wilcutforth,

this is for broadband. It is a final bill I received after leaving the UK. After speaking to an adviser at Plusnet, I was given the impression my last monthly payment would clear the early exit fee, so I closed the Direct Debit.  It’s for £7.16 so it will cost me more in phone charges to try resolving it this way. Can’t access 0800 number from here.  Should be an easy way to just pay one off to Plusnet or good will gesture with being a long term customer. Confirmation of that would be great.
