how long for new order status to change

Hi
Just wondering how long does it usually take for a new order status to be updated.
E,g email to confirm new phone line from OR has been confirmed to match the instal date given on the order page.

Hi there,
That should update automatically when the order is processed.
I've noticed an "order rejection" ticket which means that your order needs some manual attention. It should be nothing to worry about as a member of our provisioning team should be picking that up soon so look out for updates on ticket 64806128 too.

And 21 minutes just wasted on hold seems that there's not enough employees to answer phones

Sorry about the wait on the phones and also no one picked the ticket up, it looks like I've been let down too there. I'm speaking with a manager now to get this some urgent attention.
