how long do referrals take??

Can a plus net staff member please tell me how long a referral takes? A friend raised a ticket almost 3 weeks ago to try to rectify a missing referral for me and still there is no detail of this person appearing on my list of referrals.

Hi BRABUS,
You should be given the referral discount on your next billing date, however, if this needs to be chased up then I would recommend that your friend gives us a call regarding the ticket or pops another update on the ticket for our Support team to investigate further.

Thanks Linn.  I have just asked another friend to also follow up by raising a ticket for another missing referral.  This one should have been set up in January when they joined (cock up by PN staff) will I get my referral back dated?

Yes we can definitely get that backdated for you.
Can you make sure that it's noted on the ticket so that we can add the extra referral token(s) for the previous months we should have had this applied for please?

Well you might if you understood what I had asked via the ticket! Just had a not very helpful reply pointing me to the page where I can refer others.. not a page to add Brabus as my referrer...
