how do i find out how long is left on my contract

I would like to find out how long is left of my contract as I would like to switch providers as what I get for my money isn't as good as your parent company BT . with them I can get 6 months at 7.50 and get BT sport for free and yet you charge for it as an extra? And on top of that they give free WiFi spots around town etc which would bring my bill down further by not using my monthly data on my phone
