have not paid bill how do i contact plusnet
Hi I am trying to contact plusnet help to discuss payment difficulties i have right now due to this coronavirus. I had to cancel direct debit, i phoned helpline, but i could not find anyway to get help.
On the answer machine it says "community plusnet, if you go there it is not plus net, some brooker. What should have been said was community.plusnet on the message it did not say anything about the dot before plusnet.
Anyway how do i tell plus net i want to pay the bill but will be late due to financial problems and do you think they might understand ?
