get out of my contract

Ok,

i am a new customer but how do i get out of my plusnet contract

reason being i am on basic broadband and its rubbish,

it wont even run my catch up tv it just keeps freezing and buffering,

And as for the internet i have seen faster dial up speeds

Its getting beyond a joke, and its only been 2 weeks since my broadband went live.

Karl.

Re: get out of my contract

I suggest rather than throwing your toys out of the pram you try to find out why you are getting poor speeds. Chances are you'd find exactly the same issues if you move to another ISP.

Are you seeing the poor speeds when using wireless connections only or are they on wired connections as well.

Re: get out of my contract

i have my catch up tv box wired to the router and it just freezes and buffering all the time,

same if i use my wired to router android box constant freezing and buffering all the time.

All this started when my plusnet broadband was plugged in,

How is this trowing my toys out?

Re: get out of my contract

Asking how to cancel without finding the reason for the issues is throwing your toys out.

Is your phone line clear when you use the quiet line test (dial 17070 option 2)? There should be minimal or no noise on the line.
