from heroes to zeroes plusnet gone wrong!!!

i have been PN custumer for over 3 years now, and i must say the past 3 month has been terrible with them! i am 3 month late on my bill for some reason PN is unable to take money from my account ..try to contact them but since the number change to 0800 i have spent several time in queue for over 30-45min not a fan. i have raised a ticket for over a week now still no awswer i have send email and to this dated NO ONE has reply to me the plunet/pay is broken so i cannot pay online. let me tell you with my past few days experience with PN am already looking for a new provider. i would not recomend them to anyone even if the past few years has been great this issue ruined it all.
