free move ???

well just asked for my free move .. to be told i had to sign a 24 yes 24 month contract at £38 at first then £32 ..?Huh

or pay £117 moving fee .. how is that free ?

wrong tactic .. i can just pay £76 cancelation fee and move to ee for £24 a month .. on a 12 month contract ..

really what are you guys thinking .. it's either free or not .. so what is it ?

@flearider

Did you speak to the wrong person by not ringing the House Move number, or this is not the full story?

Re: free move ???

rung the number given .. house move

thats what i got told .. don't mind a 12 month contract at what i'm paying .. £27.99 it's fair

but no way signing up for 24 months .. not with fttp coming soon ..

so i'll just pay my £76 and go to ee ..

seems pretty stupid to try and force that kind of deal on people .

Dear Mr ,

As per our conversation, we can cover the £65 house move fee, the £49.99 line activation fee and offer you the following:

Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband Service: £12.99 per month for 24 months
Line Rental: £19.99 per month

Total: £32.98 per month for 24 months on a new 24 month contract

Kind regards,

Re: free move ???

@flearider

So it's really a fixed charge of £49.99 for a new line. Looking at the EE web site it looks like you have to factor in £50 for this service from them.

I agree that the new contract price and time is unreasonable. If you decide to join EE you might find if you ask that EE will pick up you cancellation charge. It's worth a try.

well no .. i'm a ee mobile customer it's free ..

no setup ..

so i will be leaving plusnet tom ..

unless a mod comes along and sorts it out .. which we all know will not happen

i could go down the route of i'm not getting the speed i should and do a cancelation ..

which i prob will .. should be getting 58mb only getting 55 ..
