  I  got a bill  from you  invoice date  15/9/14
I noticed from my bank  you  still taken this invoice
put my service was cancel  when I moved to ee on the 22/9/14
are you going to send a paper bill and a refund  for  the amount you owe is  has my online account  with you was cancel when we moved

has  when I said to one of your colleagues I could leave with no charge now you are saying you want money for it
you change  your terms not us
