fibre broadband showing zero on my account

I recently checked my broadband usage on my account and found that is showing zero from the 24th nov ,I contacted customer services where I was told they about the issue but as i was on unlimited broadband the issue was not at the top of their to do list , I sure that Plusnet have a lot of issues on you plate at this moment PERHAPS  TOO MUCH

You'll find a few posts about this on this forum; here's mine: https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/Defective-usage-meter/m-p/1364264#M23214  I've heard nothing since, and the usage meter itself has been missing for months (replaced with a notice saying it may take up to four hours to return!).

Doesn't explain issues going back to July, however more recently there will be a few customers whose broadband usage isn't tracking.
