failed billing not allowing you to login to pay

I got the failed billing error message this morning but the link in the Email does not connect you to the billing server it refuses to let you connect in fact you cannot connect to any plusnet service so yuu have to phome up and go through the press 1  then press 2 to get to talk to a billing rep..

this error has been happening for over a year now with plusnet seemng to not wanting to fix it there are several posts going back 18 months with people complaining about this over again don't plusnet read these posts???
