Does Plusnet or any other provider offer essentials broadband to someone claiming Disability Living Allowance?

Hey unfortunately Plusnet does not offer any home essential packages, however I know BT does have one which you can find more information here https://www.bt.com/broadband/home-essentials

I am not sure about any other providers
