Re: end of contract and no warning

It's the same with a lot of things.

Getting a deal, billing problems, finding contract details, etc etc.

Plusnet expect their customers to do all the leg work.

Re: end of contract and no warning

Hi @firebird1000, I'm sorry to hear the end of your contract came at somewhat a surprise as well as the price reverting back to standard pricing. I'd advise in order to bring the monthly bill back down to a minimum moving forwards to give our Customer Options Team a call so they can talk you through what deals are available. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Current call queue: 00:00
