Hi, my plusnet service went live on 20th August 2019, all good so far, however I still haven't received the email to claim cashback. (I see from the topics on this board that many others have posted similar queries).
I confirm that I have received other emails from plusnet ie; order confirmation, bill ready etc.
The emails are not in my junk/spam folders.
Please look into this for me, many thanks.

I've checked your cashback and I can see an email was sent on 27-Aug-2019 at 00:01 to claim this. To make make things easier I've auto-redeemed this for you now which means you'll receive a cheque within the next 30 days.
