Hi, I had my broadband account switched to another provider, how can I get my free email only account set up?

@Tomster Welcome to the forums. When did you switch providers? The 'email only' account option should be requested as soon as you ask another ISP to take over - if your PN account has been fully closed - i.e. you have had and paid your final invoice, it is nigh on impossible to retain your email component.
