eleven months bills for twelve month contract?

I notice on the new billing that I am now in the higher discounted charge zone. When I looked at my bill earlier this week it
was approx £5 less than the bill shown currently.
Am I missing something here? Eleven months at the marvelous basic rate then the new rate is charged from
this the twelfth month. Is this correct?? 
If so then I suppose its still value!
If not then please correct this bill.

Hi there, this happened as the discounts are applied manually. As per the answer you got to ticket  55884005 on Friday the discounts are still there to keep the price at £6.49 per month (broadband cost) until May 2013.
