either website or phone order issues

A few weeks ago I added the service that allows you to block calls. At least I hope I did, I had great difficulty because I had to reduce the page scale until it was tiny to even see the option, as that page does not scroll (please fix this).

 

Now all the account pages have an error on them saying I can't make changes while a phone order is in progress, but as far as i am aware that phone order was complete weeks ago.

From what I can see Call Protect is showing as awaiting activation, I've changed the state to active now and I've manually placed the order with Openreach. It should start working within an hour.
