discount dropped - bill increased

I'm in contract until 23 October but at month 11 the discount applied each month has dropped causing increase of £7.50 on bill seemingly a month too early.
With LRS expiring in a month total broadband and phone package cost will become almost £40 per month.
Posting here for PN response and explanation.

Hi there,
I've checked your billing and see that the last bill to clear was actually the 12th rather than the 11th.
FYI the first bill included LRS and the first month of subscription. Please take a look here if you need confirmation of this https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0
