is it possible to stop my direct debit and just make manual payments for my package ?

ok sounds great if my direct debit is due on 17th could I cancel it now and make payment manually now instead ?

You can't make it now as the bill won't have been generated - it includes the charges for any calls made
I receive the notification on the first day of the next billing month
