direct debit not taken out?

Its been a week since my direct debit was suppose to come out? Could someone tell me when it will be taken out or sort it for me? Thanks

Could someone help me please, my bill was suppose to come out on the 1st of each month, its now the 9th and its still pending. Can someone sort this out for me please. Thank you

At the moment there isn't much we can do Jason. The payment hasn't fully completed on our side, nor has it failed. There's really nothing to worry about.
