delaying tactics by plusnet

It seems like Plusnet are using delaying tactics for whatever reason to stop answering questions!! I wish to change my account to business account option 3 ASAP and sent the request, as a question on 17/12 yet no answer but there quick enough to update regarding pending payment date which is when i want the account to change over. This is just becoming a joke. My reference number for question is : 38084140.

Ok now plusnet taking me for an idiot! I Within the time i had posted on the forum i have now received an email wich, to me, is double dutch! Im being told my account has changed to "PlusNet Teleworker Premier", what is this? I requested to be placed on business broadband option 3. Can someone have the decency to tell me via the forum what is going on.

I'm sorry for the delay, I'm looking at this now for you.
You should receive an e-mail to confirm when the account change has been scheduled.
