It seems like Plusnet are using delaying tactics for whatever reason to stop answering questions!! I wish to change my account to business account option 3 ASAP and sent the request, as a question on 17/12 yet no answer but there quick enough to update regarding pending payment date which is when i want the account to change over. This is just becoming a joke. My reference number for question is : 38084140.
gordon Ok now plusnet taking me for an idiot! I Within the time i had posted on the forum i have now received an email wich, to me, is double dutch! Im being told my account has changed to "PlusNet Teleworker Premier", what is this? I requested to be placed on business broadband option 3. Can someone have the decency to tell me via the forum what is going on. thank you
