Requested manager on Monday morning was told had been escalated even received an email to tell me it had been escalated. Still waiting 4 days later. Rang Wednesday spoke to a different advisor told him was still waiting apparently he emailed manager in question had email off him saying he had but surprise surprise am still waiting. How can they say award winning customer service when they leave customers hanging like this.

I'm really not sure why they haven't called back yet and I'm currently not getting a response from them on our messaging system (I believe they're currently in a meeting).
I've passed on feedback and dropped them an email asking them why it's taking so long to get back to you.
I hope you're not waiting too much longer.
