credit payment amount

If Plusnet has been charging the wrong amount for the last 9 months & they apply a £90 credit, making this months bill a negative amount:-

Does this mean that Plusnet will pay a positive amount into my bank account?

Re: credit payment amount

My guess is that it will be deducted from the following bill.

Re: credit payment amount

Fix

Hi @VileReynard

When we apply a credit amount it means that this amount will be deducted against your bills until the £90 has been spent. For example, if your bill came to £31 you wouldn't have to pay this and would then be left with £59 credit to be used against your next bill.

I'm more than happy to check over this but the account references we have for yourself I can't see reference to this. If you have a ticket reference, please feel free to respond with the reference or send this via PM.

Kind Regards
