hi, i want to renew my contract with youview tv but when i try to renew the tv cannot be added. i cannot phone because my hearing aid is waiting to be repaired and live chat is offline. also can my son be added to the account as an authorised user.

I've logged a ticket on your account. Please respond to this ticket. On there, please put the name of the authorised user and I'll add them. Once done, they can discuss your account but cannot make changes such as contracts. You can put your requirements of the contract on the ticket though and if it's possible, I'll set that up for you.
