Hello, my contract will expire on September 27th. I want to renew my contract, but I can only see an offer for 18 months. May I ask if I can apply for a 12-month offer. Because I will stay in the UK for another 12 months and I don’t need 18 months.

All contracts are negotiable. You need to ring customer services and haggle.
