After repeated issues with plusnet and a new contract, they finally agreed a plan which included a 12 month contract. now when I check, the end date is showing 18 months. I cannot access the online chat agents and there is no email address to contact them. The call times are ridiculous at the moment and when I do get to speak to an agent I tend to just leave even more infuriated. I need to get this issue sorted as want to leave plusnet as soon as possible.
Any advice would be great, Lynsey Humes
