contract ended?

Hi,I used to pay 16.99 for my broadband with a 11.00 discount is has now finished.Has my contract finished so I can move on to someone that has a cheaper deal!!

There are plenty of deals out there. Even if it costs the same, you can move to a provider that understands customer service.
