My contract is due to end next month, we have our house up for sale and thought by now it would have sold, however it hasn't.
What happens after the contract date finishes, will it just go to a rolling monthly contract, will the price remain the same?

My last months account is shown below and i see there is a £7 discount will this mean my account goes up by £7 every month? - if so i'll just move to a company that does month by month as they are slightly cheaper.

Given that you are on Market 1 that would seem to be the best bet then when moving house you can grab the best available deal

agent confirmed bill will go up by £7 so need to give months notice and couldn't do it by chat so now have 30 minutes wait on the phone, no way to deal with a customer who has been with them since the start, years and years.

You don't need to contact them as the migration is now handled by the ISP you are moving to
However contacting Customer Options - see my sig for the phone number - may result in them offering a deal based upon signing up for a new contract

Have spoke to them but at 63 years old it takes some sinking in, was offered free broadband plus line rental of £16.99 plus £6 anytime so £23.98 (only available till tuesday)
However as we have our house for sale and do not know how long its going to take its impossible to decide yet.
1) fast broadband is quoted to come to our area in spring
2) we will either move to rented if sold in the next 6 months, if its longer we intend to move abroad.
So will have to think about these deals as they are 12 months contracts and cancellation costs may run high if we sell up sooner and then move to a property with fast broadband.
Although initially it may be cheaper, its a what if situation.
