I have recently signed up to plusnet, my mum reccomended me, when i signed up She didnt have her username to hand but the sign up page said the info could be addedd later.
Ive tried ringing several times over the last few days but always get a recorded message saying that they cant take my call, there seems to be no option to email and the live chat isnt working. it seems the only way to contact plusnet is via twitter. I am not and do not want to sign up to twitter surely it cant be right that that is the only way they can be contacted. My service went live today and if id known this at sign up I would never have signed up with them. anybody have any ideas?
