confused, will i need a mac code?

Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone could help put my mind at rest and tell me my account order is moving along fine?
I haven't been asked for a Mac code, but others that are moving from sky like me and being asked for one which is delaying their order.
Would just like my mind put at ease

Hi there,
The truth is that some customers moving from Sky will need a MAC key and some won't, this depends on whether they have full or shared LLU services. In your case I'd suspect the latter applies to yourself as we're processing your order fine without.

I'm a new customer, never been with +net before and can say so far I am impressed with the process. As I tell my company, communication is key, and it seems this is evident here
