I had a confirmation e mail from you on 22nd April confirming my Special offer new contract as an exisitng customer for Unlimited fibre extra with a start date if 23rd April for £26.99 inc Line Rental
However on the 8th May i received my latest Bill which is still £40.98
Could you advise why the price differance
