closing bill of previous provider upload

as requested i created this post to update my final bill from the previous provider such that you can refund me the excess amount.

@bramblingavenue  You are showing a virgin media bill, why are you expecting Plusnet to do anything about it? I don't think Plusnet pay bills that are nothing to do with them.

@bramblingavenue  Well if a bill of £7.25 is a serious problem that you expect Plusnet to pay you must be trouble financially,😁

@bramblingavenue that doesnt sound right ? I cant believe that staff would ask you to upload an invoice to a public forum. They would create a private question (ticket) on your account to which you could add the details required.

 
 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
