change of product question

Currently on BB premier option 1 (£21.99)  and thinking of changing to extra(£11.49 on mkt 3).
The help files say that existing customers can keep existing features ie webspace, hosting etc.
My question is if i change what will it cost any extra  to keep these features or can i have what i have now for  a tenner less a month 
Aka cake and eat it !

start eating you cake and enjoy it,  you keep all the same feature - providing you ask at the time you move on a ticket
