hi there. This is obviously a consistent problem. When I signed up over the phone I was told I would receive an email allowing me to claim my cashback. I have not received the email and yes I have read all the previous threads and relevant sections and yes I have checked my junk mail folder. You really need to sort this out. It is happeningcoincidence to too many people to be a coincidence
