Hi ,


I have contacted Plus-net on numerous occasions now via emails .



I have been waiting for my cashback of £75 



The first check was written out with the incorrect name.

I then contacted Plus-net i was told they can send me out a gift card, I do NOT want a gift card my offer was cashback

Then i had to wait another further 2 weeks and a received a check of only received a Cheque of £50 Huh? what happened to the remaining £25 



I have contacted the adviser who was helping me through this via email but no reply 

I am constantly sat on hold and no answer from plus-net.



I would like some help with this as to when i will receive my remaining £25 in cash
