cashback issue

I still haven't received my cash back cheque...

 

my broadband went live nearly 3 weeks ago.

Our records show you completed the redemption form for your cashback on 29/09/16, so you should receive the cheque within 30 days from that date.

 

If you've still not received the cheque after 29/10/16, please let us know and we'll get that chased up for you.
