Anotherone or anyone what does this actual mean in plain English please?
"Your claim has already been redeemed and is currently being processed, so will arrive with you shortly."

Hello everyone
22nd April 2015
I received my £50 cashback cheque to-day, I have posted it to my bank for clearance,should not be a problem cheque was drawn on Coutts Bank.
Hope everyone now gets their cheques OK.
Cheque came from a third party not Plusnet,although envelope was Plusnet.
All ended well in the end
